• Delivery time after purchase: 1 week to 10 days

4. Shipping via Express Delivery Service

• Options: DHL, FEDEX, TOP CHRONO, and UPS
• Delivery time after purchase: 24h to 48h

After shipping, we will send you all the necessary information for receiving your package via WhatsApp or email.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees range from 10,000 FCFA to 15,000 FCFA, but may be adjusted according to the conditions of the transport agencies. For any purchase over 50,000 FCFA, shipping is free.

Q: Can I pay on delivery?
A: "No, payment for both the purchase and shipping must be made before shipment. We do not offer home delivery service in Senegal. Packages are shipped via a travel and transport agency."

Q: What do I need to pick up my package?
A: "You will need your ID and the package receipt to pick up your order."

Q: Will I have to pay any fees upon receipt of my package?
A: "No, there will be no additional fees to pay."

Q: In which cities in Senegal can I pick up my package?
A: "We currently ship to Dakar."

Q: Is it possible for the travel agency to lose my package during shipping?
A: "Although it is possible, since 2015, we have recorded zero lost packages."

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: "Your package will be entrusted to the transport agency as soon as possible (usually within about 1 hour after payment). You will receive a message from the agency and YoupiLab confirming the shipment, along with the shipping receipt via email or WhatsApp."
