4. Shipping via Express Delivery Service
   • Options: DHL, FEDEX, TOP CHRONO, UPS
   • Delivery time after purchase: 24h to 48h

"Shipping fees range from 2,000 FCFA to 5,000 FCFA, but they may vary depending on the transport agencies. For any purchase over 50,000 FCFA, shipping is free."

A: "No, payment for the purchase and shipping fees must be made before shipping. We do not offer home delivery service in Burkina Faso. Packages are shipped via a travel and transport agency."

A: "While this is possible, since 2015, we have not recorded any lost packages."

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: "Your package will be handed over to the transport agency as soon as possible (usually about 1 hour after payment). You will receive a message from the agency and YoupiLab confirming the shipment, along with the shipping receipt via email or WhatsApp."
