Q: How do I create an account?
A: Please go to the home page of our website, www.youpilab.com/components/en, then click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner. From there, you will be directed to a “Sign up, create your own account” page where you will need to enter your email address and choose a password. We highly recommend receiving the newsletter – we’re working hard to make it clean, cool and useful for you – but we won’t be mad at you if you don’t want to. Click on “Register” and you’re all together! The welcome page gives you a brief overview of some tools to which you also have access, with many more available (addresses, orders, invoices, etc.) via the “Your account” menu at the top right. A: If you need a quote before you can make your purchase, please contact our customer service team! The best way to do this is to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org components to request a quote. Make sure to include the YoupiLab part number and the quantity you need. You can also choose “Offline Payment” if you want to place your order without paying for it or if you need an invoice to control payment for your business or school. You can print an invoice directly from your account under Order History once you have registered your order in the system. Make sure to contact us to make payment and confirm (or cancel) your order if you choose offline payment.

A: If you have an account, make sure you are logged in first. Then start searching for the items you want to buy, using the search box or the category list from the drop-down menu at the top of the site. If the product you want is in stock, click on “Add to cart” to add them to your online shopping cart. If the product is out of stock, click on the “Order” button to reserve one. (Not all products are allowed for pending orders.) If you want multiple units, be sure to change the quantity before adding to your cart.
Once you have all the items you want to buy in your basket, click on the “Proceed to checkout” button. Select the address you want to ship, as well as the shipping method you want to use (please see our Delivery Policy page for more information). In the second column of this page, select the payment method you want to use. You can enter a promotional code if you have one and choose to use store credits or gift certificates here.
Once you’ve entered all of the shipping and payment information, make sure you’ve read the “Terms of Service and Shipping Policy” (we know few people know this, but there are actually important information). This will take you to the last end of route verification page – you are not done yet! After you press the Place Order button, your order is locked in our system and we may not be able to change it. You will receive an 8-digit order number. If you don’t see the 8-digit order number, you haven’t placed your order! Check for an error while processing the order and correct it.
